Options for Your Gap Year
I had a gap year between high school and university, and am very glad that I did! If I had not had my gap year, right now I would be doing a degree I came to realise over my time off, just was not for me! However, whilst flipping burgers and dealing with unruly customers was somewhat fun, I wish I planned my time better and earnt money in a job that was close to the career I was interested in. Below are some options you should consider.
University Courses Online... Free!
Why not continue light study whilst you have your year off to see what area you would like to end up in? It may save you changing majors and even changing degrees once you finally start your studies - which is not as uncommon as you think. In some courses you may recieve a certificate upon completion, however there is no pressure to complete it! If you start a course and find life gets busy, its absolutely fine!
